Venus is the refined one: compact, glossy, deep-green heart-shaped leaves on a petite growth habit. Where other Teruno cultivars lean bright or heavily textured, Venus is all polish: dense, dark, and elegant on a shelf or in a small hanging pot.
It belongs to the Teruno series from Terunoworld, a small specialist breeding nursery in Japan whose cultivars are produced in limited numbers and rarely offered by Canadian growers.
Your cutting is taken from my own healthy mother plant in Squamish, BC, with at least one viable node ready to root in water or moist soil. Photos are representative; each cutting is one of a kind.
